Mental Health and Wellbeing
Here at St Oswald’s, we recognise the importance of good Mental Health.
We are committed to looking after our Mental Health and Wellbeing. In school, 4 pupils are trained Anti Stigma Ambassadors. They promote looking after our brains- keeping ourselves fit and active and healthy. All staff at St Oswald's have responsibility for Mental Health and well being however, Miss Fowell is our Subject Lead/Ambassador for this area.
Whilst the school takes part in specific days raising awareness of MHWB this is integrated throughout our curriculum and our school day ensuring that children are mentally well and helahty and ahve strategies that they can use.
We are all trying to stay healthy- looking after our mental health is so important.
