Pupils challenge each other’s thinking and learning in a mature and considered manner. They are extremely polite, courteous and articulate and enjoy welcoming visitors into their school.  Pupils are proud of their school. They talk with pride about their learning and the exciting activities teachers provide for them.  Leaders have ensured that the curriculum and the quality of teaching are good. Lessons are typically engaging and exciting. Pupils say teachers make their learning enjoyable. “

As a school we are extremely self reflective and hold annual self reviews using outside providers to support this; we also review our self evaluation summary termly to ensure that the development state of the school is accurate and insightful. These reviews feed into our annual School Improvement Plan and three-year  strategic plan. They are shared with Governors and all staff and aid improvement.
